The food is always delicious. As was our meal last night. The prices are readonable.The building however is deteriorating. It smells very musty when you enter. The owners are very tired and over the whole thing. It's been a family business since around 1947 I think. The originals owners have passed on and the kid's have taken over. They have also aged The business is slow so I don't think they have the means to make improvements. It needs a lot of updating. It probably will be our last time to eat there.

Unique supper club feel. Ground sirloin burgers are great. Take advantage of it before it goes away.

Dinner was very good. Had the 12 oz ribeye, it was done to perfection. A well marbled cut. The popovers are massive and desserts were fabulous. A bit pricey but worth it to share in the history of this old establishment. They do take reservations, but have limited dining hours.

The filet and steak scallops are my favorite. Highly recommend the steak sandwich as well.

Hidden gem! Old family Supper Club with the most amazing stories told by Paul, Cheryl and Sue! The family always makes our family feel very welcome! Some of our favorites are: filet and scallops, prime rib sandwich, burgers, steak bites, walleye, cheese curds and of course the onion rings!!!

Great old school experience. The food was excellent along with the service. For some, the decor is a turnoff, but I think it adds to the experience. There aren’t many places like this left, so I highly recommend giving it a try. Remember that looks are deceiving; we almost turned around before committing to this place for dinner. I’m glad we went.

last night was the first time we went to this fine restaurant. But It is absolutely not the last time. We passed a splendid evening with the attentive service, with the great cooking and fine drinks and with the honest price. We will definitely return there again.

I have been going to lakeside club with my folks since I was a kid and it hasn't changed much the food was good a little spendy but good

Food was okay steak I had was okay. Just a little hole-in-the-wall place people were very nice, but I probably won't go back there again.

Very pricey for mediocre food. The staff do their best with what they have. Not much else to say.

The food was unbelievable from the Shrimp Cocktail (have to say never have seen shrimp this large) to the popovers (scrumptious) to the steak. Dave had the prime rib and I had the ribeye and best way to describe them: mouthwatering / out of this world delicious. Planning our next dinner date at the Lakeside very soon!! Thanks Susie and Cheryl and the rest of the staff for a really awesome experience!! Highly recommended!!

Had the prime rib sandwich. Wow best prime rib I have ever had. Cooked PERFECTLY!!. Very friendly service from Cheryl and Sue as well. Highly recommend this place.

Definitely an old fashioned supper club, but the best steaks around. I’d go here for my ribeye before anywhere else, and the homemade desserts are awesome! Sue is the best!

I always have had a monster steak when there but had half a California Burger this time. Fabulous as usual.

Secret place? Been there for years. Super economical pricing. The sides actually come with the meals; practically unheard of today. Old world supper club style. Woodsy, red leather. She's seen many nights :-)Popovers!! Our group had ribeyes, scallops, walleye, steak sandwich. Excellent.

Overpriced for the quality and size of the portions. I think I'm starting to understand why they closed down once or twice in the past.

Get them while they are for sale been around for 40 year. Best t- bone stake, walleye, deep fried or not they are both the best. Soup and appetizers are wonderful. Sue our waitress made us feel like home, great atmosphere.

Classic Supper club. This was a great place to get a steak dinner and other classic food. It is too bad that they are closed. The club had a fun atmosphere and classic wait staff. Had a great time with friends here.

Have not had a buffet in ages. The brisket and everything else was great. The hostess and waitress so attentive. You could also order from menu. Also have a drink. We stayed here as on our way down south. The room large and great bed. No in room coffee 🤔 but available in lobby. Wish we lived close by. Great value.
